Dubai has the tallest building in the world, and the country is planning to build an even taller one.

However, there are plans to construct an even taller building. Due for completion in 2020, The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour will be the tallest building in the world.

The architect in charge of the project is Santiago Calatrava Valls. Valls is also in charge of the World Trade Center PATH Station, a tower that will have a 360 degree observation deck when it is completed.
